Online Application to HARSIA: for a Certificate of not being involved in an accident or serious incident To successfully complete and submit the application you must:

  • Be a licensed aircraft operator
  • Have an exact copy (scanned) of your diploma IN ELECTRONIC FORM (either in a jpg or png image file or better in a pdf file) with a maximum size of 7 MB.
  • Fill in all the mandatory fields of the application (marked with an asterisk “*” in the description)
  • (If you forget a field or do not fill it in according to the specifications you will be flagged)
